Returns and Exchanges

• For your convenience, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached and in original packaging within 30 days of the ship date when accompanied by the original packing slip. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Sale items are final sale – no returns or exchanges. Clearance, marked down, distressed, or damaged items are final sale.
• Custom or made-to-order items are not returnable.
• All returned or exchanged items must be in original condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend you insure and track your return package, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to process and appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion for any reason.

Shipping and Delivery

• We will arrange for shipment of your purchase to you. Please check your order confirmation for details.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer merchandise to the carrier. We are not liable for delays in shipment.
• Shipping and delivery dates on the Site are estimates only – we cannot guarantee date-specific delivery. We are not liable for any delays.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days so we can arrange an exchange or return and file a claim.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages claimed as delivered. Please contact the carrier regarding such shipments.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for remote addresses, including rural routes, islands, territories outside mainland USA, Army Post Offices, and expatriated regions.
• Large, oversized, heavy, or bulky items may incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you if such fees apply to your order.
